Morgan Stanleys Business Control Unit manages comprehensive risk for equity business, including non-market risk, regulatory compliance, counterparty risk, client documentation, and governance, advising internal and external clients on risk optimization and ensuring operational resilience and efficiency across the department. Internship Programs The Business Control Units Internship Programs begin with a one-day orientation, where Industrial Placement Analysts are introduced to the Firm, its core businesses, and their fellow interns through a firmwide networking event. Interns then participate in division-specific training designed to build the core skills required for a successful internship experience. The program features a Senior Management Speaker Series, desk teach-ins, cross-divisional networking opportunities, community service events, performance reviews, and a robust mentorship program. Role and Responsibilities Non-Market Risk Team This role will cover Non-Market risk elements of the business, including operational, franchise and regulatory risk.
