Hands on experience in Network Security, with strong hands-on expertise in Proxy, Firewall, and Secure Web Gateway technologies<br /> Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments for secure user access<br /> Design and implement Zscaler solutions, including traffic forwarding and Zero Trust access setup<br /> Configure security policies like URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, and DLP<br /> Handle implementation and integration of Zscaler with IAM tools and other network/security tools<br /> Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and application access<br /> Monitor logs and performance to identify threats and improve user experience, and provide L2/L3 support
