Responsibilities
Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputes
Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programs
Managing employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex matters
