Job Purpose
To coordinate sales activities within the assigned geographical zone, achieve zonal sales targets, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers
Principal Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies for the allocated zone in accordance with NFL's revenue targets
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure the regional revenue targets are cascaded and achieved through the Territory Sales teams
- Track, monitor, and report on performance of the Territory Sales team to ensure targets are met within the given timeframes
- Work closely with the Sales Support and Marketing team to review and develop the route-to-market strategies for the allocated zone
- Regularly, track, monitor, and report on actual spend vs. budget for the zone with details of any variances
