Job Responsibilities
SEA Platform Operation & Business Growth
- Full ownership of (Urban Revivo) UR’s Zalora end-to-end operation and P&L, managing cross-border & local warehouse fulfillment.
- Develop annual/quarterly business plans, accountable for GMV, gross margin, net profit and inventory turnover.
- Track platform policy changes and roll out timely solutions.
Platform Liaison & Traffic Expansion
- Act as key contact with Zalora to secure traffic slots, campaign exposure and marketing resources.
- Formulate search/recommendation/promotion traffic strategies; optimize ad ROI and sponsored assortments.
Merchandising & Inventory Control
- Optimize listings and PDP content to lift conversion.
- Design exclusive pricing, assortment and clearance strategies; launch coupons & membership offers to boost AOV and repurchase.
