Zero Trust Security Architect – M365 Controls Lead

TUI is seeking a talented technical leader to join our Security Architecture team and drive control implementation across our CISA-aligned Zero Trust programme. You will translate strategy into deployed, verifiable controls that reduce real risk across our global technology estate.

You will own the measurement framework for Zero Trust maturity, work with pillar owners, and ensure each control has a single accountable owner with budget authority, delivering measurable progress to leadership.
