This role integrates strategic leadership in Customer Experience (CX) growth through the development and execution of Zoom CX's Strategic Alliances GTM Strategy with a focus on our CX SI alliances. The position is responsible for defining, designing, and driving operational frameworks to drive mutual growth that accelerate growth of Zoom’s CX solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic, cross-functional leader who can align sales, marketing, product, and channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and operational excellence. The responsibilities are focused on activating motions to drive CX relationships (from executive to sales/technical levels), developing joint go-to market plans, enabling SI teams, tracking performance and ensuring alignment with the overall ZCX business objectives
