In this full-time, contract position, you will manage the YWCA Arise Shelter and the December 6th Fund. Your role focuses on developing programs, planning budgets, and ensuring effective service delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Shelters and various other teams to enhance the impact on the lives of women and gender diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor budgets ensuring fiscal goals are met
• Negotiate service agreements and build community partnerships
