In this key role, reporting to the Manager of Operational Safety, you will lead the continuous improvement of the iSMS program. You will ensure the integration of safety systems and compliance with Canadian regulations, facilitating informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee integration of safety systems into one framework
• Conduct operational audits and propose enhancements
• Deliver safety training to staff and contractors
• Coordinate with Nav Canada and regulatory agencies
• Analyze incidents and report on findings
Requirements:
• At least five years in a safety-regulated environment
• Relevant degree or post-secondary certification in Aviation
