Youth Employability Coach - READY Program

St Basils is seeking an Engage 2 Employ Coach to lead innovative programs for NEET young people aged 16-25 who have experienced homelessness. This role involves facilitating group and one-on-one sessions, helping young people build resilience and progress into education, employment, or training.

Applicants should have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. This full-time position offers a salary of £27,016 - £28,821 per annum, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate various projects.
