YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – WELLINGTON GROUP HOME

PERMANENT PART-TIME (24 hours/week)

We are currently looking for a Youth Development Coordinator for our Wellington group home. This home is a new initiative that provides a safe and stable living environment with individualized support and around-the-clock care for sibling groups. The program will also have a strong cultural component, focusing on strengthening relationships and supporting Indigenous young people and their families toward reunification.

The Youth Development Coordinator will take on a caregiving role within the group home by providing a caring and nurturing home environment committed to ensuring daily needs are met in a safe and supportive way.
