Reporting to the Director of HFA Operations & Member Experience, the Membership Supervisor will take charge of front desk operations, membership sales, and account management. This position requires a proactive leader who is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving membership goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in creating an environment focused on member satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead exceptional membership service at the front desk
• Execute membership sales activities effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly retention and sales objectives
• Process memberships, payments, and account inquiries accurately
