Drive exceptional member experiences as a Membership Operations Supervisor at the YMCA of Regina. Lead a dynamic team and achieve sales goals through community engagement.
Reporting to the Director of HFA Operations & Member Experience, you will manage membership sales and oversee front desk activities. Your leadership will set high service standards and guide the team to reach sales and retention targets. Your communication skills and team management experience are key components for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the membership desk
• Conduct membership tours and manage follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and retention goals
• Ensure accurate processing of member accounts
• Partner with program teams to promote services
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
• 2-4 years of customer service team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
