Responsibilities
- Manage and address lender conditions required for loan approval and settlement.
- Provide timely updates to clients and third-party partners regarding the status of their home loan applications.
- Offer process feedback to brokers aimed at enhancing the home loan application workflow.
- Proactively drive early loan settlements to maximize client revenue.
- Exceptional file management skills.
- Strong business correspondence abilities, particularly via email.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (9/10 proficiency in English).
