Xplore Business - Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician working from Calgary, AB to support our Network Team.

The XB Field Service Technician located in Calgary, AB is responsible for the hands‑on day‑to‑day installation, repair and maintenance of the Xplore fixed wireless network. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who works well both independently and as part of a greater team. This position acts as a key installation resource and technical contact for support groups in network repair, maintenance, and support. This role requires basic knowledge of IP Networking, intermediate knowledge of fixed wireless network deployments as well as a basic knowledge of construction and tower rigging. This position reports to the National Field Operations Manager and involves on‑call support and off‑hours maintenance work.
