We are looking for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition specialist to help us identify and hire exceptional talent across marketing, creative and technical roles.
This is not a basic sourcing task.
We are looking for someone who understands how to identify true experts.
People who are deeply skilled, proactive and passionate about their craft.
You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting and presenting qualified candidates.
You will conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with our leadership team once candidates pass your evaluation.
This will likely become an ongoing relationship if successful.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Recruiting, Candidate Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation
