Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the Company's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Management System.
- Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, WSH Regulations, Code of Practice, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Advise Management on WSH policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, site audits, risk assessments and safety reviews to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and approve Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), lifting plans and method statements.
- Investigate workplace accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses, prepare investigation reports and recommend preventive measures.
