Worldwide Operations Leader: Scale Fulfillment & Mentor

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead inbound or outbound operations across shifting schedules in a world‑class fulfillment network. You will develop and coach 3–7 Area Managers and 100–300 hourly associates, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will partner with Retail/FBA stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and implement standard work procedures while maintaining compliance and leadership principles in a fast-paced environment.
