Description
The Worksite Leader provides site leadership for all routine turnaround and major maintenance activities from execution to close‑out. Reporting to the CHO Senior Maintenance Coordinator, this role ensures timely, effective, and safe maintenance aligned with corporate objectives, standards, and safety protocols. The incumbent will manage work packages, safe work plans, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
