We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead our team at the Rosebud Workshop.
Reporting to the Regional Workshop Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, supervising technicians and apprentices, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operations services are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workshop staff to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Manage workflow, job allocation and work order completion
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Support, coach and develop team members
- Deliver excellent service to the operational team
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Optional overtime available, working on the tools completing services as required
