Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations, fabrication, and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate and assign work to technicians, welders, and workshop workers.
- Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and workplace safety compliance.
- Maintain proper usage and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct on-site client visits two to three times a week to monitor work progress, site conditions, and coordinate project requirements.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain proper housekeeping of the workshop.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
