KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Manage day-to-day store operations - receiving, issuing, and recording materials, spare parts, and equipment used across road maintenance projects

. Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Access and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)

. Coordinate with workshop supervisors and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts

. Process purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and store documentation in an organised and timely manner

. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

. Track and follow up on incoming and outgoing goods to support smooth workshop operations

. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised storeroom environment

. Assist with administrative duties related to workshop operations as required
