Job Summary
We're looking to hire a Workshop Operator to support our rocket propulsion manufacturing operations. The role covers three main areas: thermal rubber insulation and lay‑up work (full training will be provided), general assembly assistance working alongside engineers during integration, component handling, and machining floor support including part setup, basic inspection, and deburring. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma or vocational background in mechanical or manufacturing disciplines and is comfortable rotating across different workshop functions. Prior aerospace or defence exposure is a plus, but the priority is a reliable, hands‑on workshop generalist with strong attention to detail and a good safety mindset.
