Responsibility- Lead the development and implementation of component repair/overhaul/maintenance capabilities to support future demands
- Lead the operation and sustainability of component maintenance capabilities to support the operation.
- Ensure the safety of all staff and their activities at all times through implementing workplace, health and safety plan.
- Ensure the development of each staff to achieve their required staff competencies (Technical and Professional development).
- Ensure the technical standards required and timely execution of maintenance to achieve the performance of assets’ reliability.
- Fulfil all requirements from regulators and legislations.
