Workshop – Maintenance Technician

The position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a small, well-functioning team who support our ongoing operations. The position offers challenges in a busy environment and is based onshore in Bergen. Some travel may be required for training and supporting operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Have a high focus on safety and work in accordance with HSE regulations at all times.
• General maintenance of Welltec tools including redressing, electrical checks, fault finding, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Ability to identify and communicate technical problems and perform complex tests with minimal instruction.
• Maintain records and communications as required by Company procedures.
• Participate actively in quality improvement efforts associated with Welltec Tools.
• Drive forklift (training will be given if required).
