Responsibilities
Design workshop agenda and content based on objectives and target audience.
Create presentation materials, handouts, and necessary resources.
Arrange venue, equipment, and logistics for workshops.
Identify areas for improvement (8 wastes), implement changes, and monitor progress to ensure sustained enhancement.
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Gather data through observation, interviews, surveys, and performance metrics.
Document current processes, including inputs, outputs, activities, and decision points.
Identify problems and 8 wastes, prioritize problems based on impact.
Generate solutions through brainstorming and cross-functional collaboration.
Evaluate improvement ideas based on feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Lead or support implementation of process improvements.
Establish key performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
