WorkSafeBC is hiring a Legal Adjudicative Officer with a focus on administrative law, employment law, or human rights law. This hybrid role involves a mix of remote work and occasional office visits based on operational needs.
With a minimum of three years’ experience in law, you will conduct hearings related to prohibited action complaints under the Workers Compensation Act. Your role will center on rendering fair and justified decisions, influencing workplace safety across British Columbia. This temporary 18-month position offers a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
