Overview

The Works Council/Unions Engagement Lead serves as the primary interface between the company and employee representative bodies (e.G. local Works Councils and/or European Works Councils). The role ensures legally compliant, structured, and constructive engagement by coordinating consultations, aligning internal stakeholders, and facilitating clear two-way communication between management and employee representatives.
