Responsibilities
- Deliver capabilities under the regional modernisation strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap for endpoint, mobile device, and automation platforms across multiple geographies in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
- Provide technical leadership and act as the global subject‑matter authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
- Enhance global engineering standards, security baselines, and operational controls across endpoints and collaboration platforms, ensuring consistent compliance with enterprise policies and regional regulatory requirements.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance endpoint compliance policies and lifecycle processes (OS deployment, patching, security baselines, and reporting) using SCCM and Intune to ensure enterprise security and audit compliance.
