As a key member of the Facilities & Hospitality team, the Workplace Services Assistant ensures a seamless, welcoming, and efficient experience for employees and visitors across all workplace services. This position provides operational support to the entire Workplace Services team, with a particular focus on hospitality, reception, facilities and workspace setup.
Reporting directly to the Facility Manager and working closely with the Hospitality Lead and other Workplace Services team, the Workplace Services Assistant plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage at reception as required, including greeting visitors, access control, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
