Job Description
- Implement and enforce the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore WSH regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safe work procedures and statutory requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Maintain proper WSH documentation, records, and reports as required by regulatory authorities.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for employees and contractors.
