Workplace Host – JLL. The role supports meeting and event coordination, executive engagements, and daily workplace operations within a dynamic WeWork environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute weekly setup for sales meetings, including portable TV configuration, and manage annual recurring conference room bookings.
- Coordinate off-site meetings for executives in Toronto, overseeing breakfast and lunch catering, budget coordination, and logistics for All Hands meetings.
- Monitor office meeting space capacity and proactively book additional WeWork meeting rooms when internal spaces reach capacity.
- Manage monthly orders for snacks, drinks, and office supplies at the start of each month and fulfill specific client requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the local Culture Force, supporting office decorations and planning major office events including Summer and Holiday parties.
