About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, delivering a welcoming and professional workplace experience. You’ll manage front‑desk operations, including greeting guests, handling calls, scheduling meeting spaces, coordinating vendors and deliveries, and assisting with workplace events.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
  • Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival; issue visitor passes and parking validations; follow security protocols.
  • Help organize and manage on‑site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.
