Workplace Experience Manager
Location: IT Park, Cebu
Shift: Mon-Fri, 9PM-6AM
Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Primary Objectives
The Workplace Experience Manager (WXM) shall be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and building maintenance at the designated sites with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and leadership of the team who reports to him/her. The WXM is expected to lead multiple sites in close proximity assigned by the Director of WX, ensuring effective management and maintenance of administrative functions and physical facilities, and promoting environmental sustainability. The role also includes strategic leadership in long‑term planning, risk management, technology integration, vendor contract management, and data‑driven optimization of facility performance.
