Workplace Experience Coordinator

Role Purpose

This role exists to make the SafetyCulture Manila office a place people genuinely want to be — owning the day-to-day workplace experience, the annual events and culinary program, and the health, safety, and business continuity standards that keep the office running smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Manila office experience — facilities, procurement, and pantry/office inventory — ensuring the space is always welcoming, organised, and friction‑free
• Create a standout arrival experience for guests and new starters alike, from visitor check‑in, room set‑up, and catering to onboarding logistics (desks, building access, welcome kits) so every visit and every new hire starts strong
