Workplace Engineer (MOE)

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the Workplace Engineer is a member of the School Infrastructure team within the Digital Workspace for Schools Branch (DWSB) at MOE's Digital Excellence & Products Division (DXD). In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services and projects that support the overall availability and reliability of ICT infrastructure, services, and applications for schools' operations.

You will take ownership of moderate‑scale infrastructure services, ensuring their availability, scalability, performance, and security. You are expected to work independently—designing, implementing, and operating infrastructure solutions with minimal guidance—while contributing meaningfully to the team's goals and the Ministry's broader digitalisation objectives.
