Workplace Coordinator (Data Center)

We are partnering with a global leader in digital infrastructure and data centres, and we are searching for a proactive and highly organised Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a vibrant, on-site corporate workplace based in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, delivering an outstanding employee and visitor experience across workplace operations, hospitality, events, safety, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a large workplace or hub, ensuring Operational Excellence standards are consistently met
• Support the planning and delivery of on-site events that foster engagement, inclusion and a strong sense of community
• Assistance to the Welcome Desk as required, including visitor sign-in and badging
