**Team Overview and Job Responsibilities**
We are looking for a passionate new team member to join the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team.
This role will focus on planning and controlling activities related to labor costs, as well as on key organizational topics, ensuring a fully integrated approach between workforce planning and organizational design.
**Your Role**
* Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting, providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
