Working Student IT (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for an analytical and highly motivated Working Student (m/f/d) in IT to join our team. You will work alongside our IT Team Lead and IT team to handle day-to-day office operations, from onboarding new joiners and setting up devices to solving real-time hardware glitches using structured, logical problem-solving steps. 


Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable point of contact for daily IT issues, using logical steps to resolve software, hardware, and peripheral issues while assisting the team with regular system upgrades, patches, and installations. 
• Support our system Administrators with our IT onboarding process, ordering new devices, and maintaining the hardware inventory.
