My client, a top construction company specialising in high-end private home builds, developments and commercial fitouts are now hiring aWorking Site Foremanideally from a carpentry background. All of their sites are in North Dublin areas such as Glasnevin, Raheny, Malahide etc. Duties: Site Management:Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Quality Assurance:Maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold the highest workmanship and construction quality standards. Team Leadership:Provide strong leadership to the onsite team, including subcontractors and direct labour, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and safety. Communication:Effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and RFIs.
