A hands‑on maintenance leader responsible for equipment repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, and ensuring equipment reliability. Approximately 90% of time is spent on the plant floor performing or directly supporting maintenance activities. This role reports to the Operations Lead and oversees a team of mechanics and maintenance support associates.
