About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Working Lead Hand to join our Night Shift team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position while gaining exposure to all aspects of our production environment.
You’ll work alongside production personnel to learn our equipment, processes, and quality expectations, while building leadership, safety, and people management skills. The goal of this position is to develop into a Night Shift leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and actively participate in all aspects of production operations
- Operate and be trained on equipment such as moulders, rip saws, and sanders
- Run your assigned section of the production line to produce finished goods (e.g., baseboard, window trim, door components)
