Working Foreperson

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Working Foreperson leads a bridge crew while actively performing hands-on construction work. This role is responsible for safe daily execution, crew productivity, quality workmanship, and short-interval planning. The Working Foreperson organizes labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor interfaces for assigned work areas, ensures compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintains site documentation and communication required to keep work progressing efficiently.
