This role is responsible for delivering enterprise HR technology transformation programs across UAE customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementation projects
Strong exposure to HRTech platforms such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- Cornerstone
- Darwinbox
Experience managing:
- Requirements workshops
- Configuration
- Integrations and APIs
- UAT
- Go-Live and Hypercare
Customer-facing delivery experience with government, semi-government, or enterprise customers.
