As a **Workforce Systems Superuser** in the Controlling function, you provide overall functional and training support to users for H&M’s workforce and time & attendance systems. This includes working cross-functionally in troubleshooting, educating users, ensuring compliancy, and managing systems according to company and country standards.
This hybrid role reports into our Controlling Manager and is based out of Mexico City.
**A Day in the Life**
