We are looking for a Workforce Supervisor to lead staff optimization, scheduling, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff optimization, set goals and objectives, maintain employee records, and facilitate effective communication among workers.
- Forecast labor requirements and create/manage staffing schedules to meet projected transaction volumes (calls, messages, emails).
- Leverage forecasting, budgeting, employee performance management, compliance, time and attendance, and vacation leave planning to improve productivity, enhance labor planning, reduce operational costs, and drive efficient time‑and‑attendance tracking for better customer service.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to provide relevant data for business cases.
