Overview

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, with a strong focus on Canada and the US. This role will work closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll across multiple jurisdictions
• Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities
• Support audits and maintain payroll records and documentation
• Resolve payroll-related questions and issues
• Work with payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Support payroll process improvements and system updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with Canadian and US payroll
