- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Workforce software processes
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders
- Configure Workforce Software modules based on client requirements and best practices
- Lead technical teams in designing and developing the system per the BRD
- Knowledge in HR Policies and Govt regulations related to T&A of APAC region is a plus
- Prepare functional design documents, solution specifications, and process documentation
- Perform gap analysis and recommend standard product capabilities or appropriate customizations
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom developments
- Support configuration of:
- Time & Attendance (Certification in PT 101 is a must)
- Job Scheduling (Certification in PT 140/141 will be an advantage)
