This role is responsible for leading processes and projects that develop and drive labor strategies to support HP's integral workforce needs, contributing to effective workforce evolution and agility.
Responsibilities- Leads strategic workforce planning projects and processes, working with leadership across the organizations (business, HR, finance, etc.)
- Works on complex problems leveraging statistical/financial models to evaluate workforce metrics and/or complete in-depth evaluations of multiple factors, resulting in recommendations and strategic insights.
- Evaluates workforce plans, trends, identifies gaps, and proposes solutions to HR and business management.
- Assists with the implementation and management of reporting efforts, including creating dashboards, manager reporting suites, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Supports and engages in the hands‑on development of new technology enhancements which improve workforce productivity.
