Workforce Planning Program Manager (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

This role is responsible for leading processes and projects that develop and drive labor strategies to support HP's integral workforce needs, contributing to effective workforce evolution and agility.

• Leads strategic workforce planning projects and processes, working with leadership across the organizations (business, HR, finance, etc.)
• Works on complex problems leveraging statistical/financial models to evaluate workforce metrics and/or complete in-depth evaluations of multiple factors, resulting in recommendations and strategic insights.
• Evaluates workforce plans, trends, identifies gaps, and proposes solutions to HR and business management.
• Assists with the implementation and management of reporting efforts, including creating dashboards, manager reporting suites, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Supports and engages in the hands‑on development of new technology enhancements which improve workforce productivity.
