Responsibilities
- Design and deliver workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and cost with long term business strategy.
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling
- Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions
- Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans
- Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives
- Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant working experiences
- Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics
